Who we are

College Soccer Guy LLC ("College Soccer Guy," "we," "us") is a California limited liability company. Our mailing address is 1001 Tiverton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites and forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you complete our quiz or contact form, we collect the parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number, along with information about the athlete such as graduation year, grade level, playing position, club or team, and location. We also collect anything you tell us during a consultation call or in correspondence with us.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our pages we and our analytics and advertising partners may collect your IP address, device and browser type, referring page, and the pages you view, using cookies and similar technologies including advertising pixels.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiry, determine whether our program is a fit, schedule and conduct consultation calls, send appointment confirmations and reminders, deliver our services to enrolled families, communicate with you about our programs, and measure and improve our advertising and our website.

Text messages

If you check the SMS consent boxes on our form, we may send you text messages related to your inquiry, scheduled calls, and our programs. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data is not shared with anyone outside the service providers who help us send these messages on our behalf.

We keep a record of your consent, including the date and the page on which it was given.

Information sharing and disclosure

College Soccer Guy does not sell, rent, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, and will not be sold, rented, shared, or transferred to any third party or affiliate for any purpose. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with anyone for any reason.

We share personal information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf and are contractually required to protect your information and use it only to provide those services.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of College Soccer Guy, our users, or others.
With your consent. When you have given us permission to share your information.

Athletes and minors

Our services are marketed to families of high school and club soccer players, many of whom are under eighteen. Contact information submitted through our forms should be provided by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under thirteen. If you believe a child under thirteen has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email, and stop text messages by replying STOP. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, the right to request deletion, and the right to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined under California law.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it or a longer period is required by law.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
