Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the websites, forms, and services of College Soccer Guy LLC ("College Soccer Guy," "we," "us"), a California limited liability company located at 1001 Tiverton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90024. By using our site, submitting a form, or enrolling in our program, you agree to these terms.

What We Provide

College Soccer Guy provides educational guidance and mentorship on the college soccer recruiting process. This includes instruction on contacting college coaches, building a school list, and presenting yourself to programs. We are an education service. We are not a placement agency, we are not affiliated with any college, university, athletic conference, or the NCAA, and we do not act as an agent for any athlete.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that any athlete will receive a roster spot, an offer, admission, athletic aid, or any other specific outcome. Recruiting decisions are made solely by college coaches and admissions offices. Any results, testimonials, or examples shown on our site reflect the experience of specific individuals and are not a promise of similar results.

Eligibility and Parental Consent

Our program serves athletes who are often under eighteen. Enrollment and any submission of contact information must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for the athlete's participation and for any payments.

Recruiting Rules Compliance

Recruiting is governed by rules that vary by division, association, and sport, and those rules change. Athletes and families are responsible for understanding and complying with the rules that apply to them, including NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules and any rules of their high school or club. Our guidance is educational and does not replace guidance from a school compliance office.

Payment

Program fees, payment schedules, and any refund terms are set out in the separate enrollment agreement provided at the time of purchase. That agreement controls if it conflicts with anything on this page.

Text Messages

If you opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Our Content

All materials we provide, including written guides, templates, videos, and course content, are our property and are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, publish, or share them with anyone outside your household.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our site or services, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your use of our services or your violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised.

SMS Messaging Program

College Soccer Guy LLC operates an SMS messaging program for prospective and current families. By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box on our quiz form, you agree to receive text messages from College Soccer Guy LLC at that number.

Transactional and customer-care messages include call scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and replies to questions you send us. Promotional messages include information about our programs, events, and recruiting resources, and require separate consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
